How to carry forward the essence of traditional culture and carry out the construction of spiritual civilization in the rural areas in the rural minority areas in frontier areas is a topic that needs careful study to carry out the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session. My prefecture is a national autonomous prefecture consisting mainly of Hani and Yi nationalities and composed of eleven ethnic groups.
