临时团队是团队未来的发展趋势。快速信任关系的建立关系着临时团队的成败。在一般的团队中,团队情绪智力得到了重视。通过将团队情绪智力引入临时团队中,分三个层面考察了团队情绪智力、快速信任和团队绩效之间的关系。进而,通过612人,共计61个团队进行了实验研究。研究发现了团队情绪智力对于团队绩效的正向影响作用,以及快速信任在二者关系中的中的中介作用。这些结果的发现,对于临时团队的管理实践有借鉴意义。
Temporary team is the team’s future development trend. The establishment of a fast trust relationship is related to the success or failure of a temporary team. In the general team, the team emotional intelligence has been valued. By introducing team emotional intelligence into the interim team, the relationship between team emotional intelligence, rapid trust and team performance is examined at three levels. In addition, a total of 61 teams of 612 people conducted experimental studies. The study found the positive effect of team emotion intelligence on team performance and the mediating role of rapid trust in the relationship between the two. The discovery of these results is of great significance to the management of temporary teams.
