患儿男,4岁,空腹误吞心律平约20片(总量约1000mg),半小时眉突然晕厥,抽搐急诊入院。患儿二年前在本院诊断为病毒性心肌炎,心电图示频发室早,反复短阵室速,近一年半时间内每天口服心律平100mgq8h,早搏得到控制。入院检查Bp5.3/OKPa,神志不清,四肢阵发性抽搐,两侧瞳孔散大,对光反应迟钝,心音低钝,心率缓慢50次/分以下,大动脉搏动微弱,双肺无湿哕音、心电图示窦性停搏,室性自主心律,QRS 波明显增宽,形态多
