中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理温家宝最近在海南省考察时指出,在应对国际金融危机中,海南要继续发挥改革开放排头兵作用,大力发展具有特色的海南经济,特别要加快发展以旅游业为龙头的现代服务业和热带高效农业,走出一条生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的科学发展之路。他还特别指出,“建设国际旅游岛要成为海南深化改革开放、促进经济增长的制高点和突破口”。学习贯彻温总理讲话精神,我省当前正举全省之力积极推进国际旅游岛建设,从本期开始本刊将特辟专版专栏,邀请海南省中国特色社会主义理论研究中心和有关专家学者深入思考和探讨国际旅游岛建设,为推动国际旅游岛建设献计献策。敬请垂注。
