运用ABAQUS软件,对不同热轧工艺下2014铝合金板材的热轧过程进行了有限元模拟,分析了轧制过程中压下量、摩擦系数对应力、应变,轧制力以及宽展的影响。结果表明:增加压下量可使板料中部轧透,可降低它的残余应力;稳定轧制阶段,轧制力随着压下量的增加而增加,摩擦系数对轧制力影响不大,压下量为12、25、36 mm(10%、21%、30%)时,轧件的轧制力分别为3400、4600、5500 kN;在其他条件不变时,宽展随压下量增加而增加,随摩擦系数增加而减小。
The ABAQUS software was used to simulate the hot rolling process of 2014 aluminum alloy sheets under different hot rolling processes. The influence of the rolling reduction, friction coefficient on the stress, strain, rolling force and spread was analyzed. The results show that the rolling reduction can be reduced by increasing the reduction of the rolling force in the middle of the sheet. In the steady rolling stage, the rolling force increases with the reduction of the rolling reduction, and the friction coefficient has little effect on the rolling force. The rolling force of the rolling parts is 3400, 4600 and 5500 kN respectively when the reduction is 12, 25 and 36 mm (10%, 21% and 30%).
