目的 为了探讨判断乳腺癌预后的指标。方法 采用S—P法对49例乳腺癌病理标本作癌基因c—erbB—2蛋白的免疫组织化学研究。结果 浸润性导管癌,单纯癌,腺癌、硬癌、粉刺癌及乳头状腺癌有c—erbB—2的过度表达。结论 癌基因c—erbB—2可作为乳腺癌预后判断的一个辅助指标。
Objective To explore the indicators for judging the prognosis of breast cancer. METHODS: Immunohistochemical study of the oncogene c-erbB-2 protein in 49 breast cancer specimens was performed using the S-P method. Results The invasive ductal carcinoma, simple carcinoma, adenocarcinoma, hard carcinoma, acne carcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma had overexpression of c-erbB-2. Conclusion Oncogene c-erbB-2 can be used as an auxiliary index in the prognosis of breast cancer.
