应用放免法对23例IDDM、39例NIDDM患者和30例正常人,进行OGTT血清各时相胰岛素和C-肽水平、24小时尿C-肽含量检测。结果表明:IDDM患者的空腹胰岛素和C-肽值显著低于对照组,OGTTC-肽曲线低平,24小时尿C-肽含量亦很低(P<0.001);NIDDM患者空腹胰岛素和C-肽值略高于对照组(P<0.05),OGTT兴奋延迟,但峰值优于对照组,180分钟后仍不能恢复至正常,24小时尿C-肽含量显著高于IDDM患者(P<0.001),并略高于对照组(P<0.05)。提示尿C-肽检测亦可作为评价胰岛β细胞功能的有价值的参考指标。
Twenty-three patients with IDDM, 39 patients with NIDDM and 30 normal controls were enrolled in this study. OGTT serum levels of insulin and C-peptide in each phase and 24-hour urinary C-peptide levels were detected by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the fasting insulin and C-peptide levels in patients with IDDM were significantly lower than those in the control group, with low OGTTC-peptide curve and low 24-hour urinary C-peptide levels (P <0.001); fasting insulin and C - PQ value slightly higher than the control group (P <0.05), OGTT excited delay, but the peak value better than the control group, still can not return to normal after 180 minutes, 24-hour urine C-peptide content was significantly higher than IDDM patients (P <0.001), and slightly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Tip Urine C-peptide test can also be used as a valuable reference to evaluate the function of pancreatic β-cell function.
