了解不同剂量氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺后泥土残留药物的灭螺及毒鱼效果。方法氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺后7d、15d、30d、90d分别提取不同剂量试验组泥土,配成相应浓度的药液,放入钉螺观察;用药180d后各组筑坝隔离,引水入渠,放入钉螺和鱼观察。结果室内试验7d、15d、30d有较强的杀螺效果,180d室内、室外试验显示对钉螺和鱼已无杀灭作用。结论氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺后的药泥有持续杀螺的作用,180d后对鱼类基本安全。
To understand the effect of different doses of niclosamide on snail and poisonous fish residue after leaving the snail. Methods The nicotineamide mud was applied to kill the snail for 7d, 15d, 30d and 90d. The soil of different test groups were extracted and drenched into the corresponding concentration of drug solution and put into the snail. After 180 days of treatment, the dams of each group were isolated, Add snails and fish to observe. Results Indoor experiment 7d, 15d, 30d have a strong snail effect, 180d indoor and outdoor tests showed no effect on snails and fish kill. Conclusion The niclosamide mud had a sustained effect of killing snails after it was applied to kill molluscs, and it was basically safe for fish after 180 days.
