本期特邀嘉宾主持——生长壮老死是人类生命的自然规律,然而自古以来人们一直在追求健康长寿,“长寿”的条件应该是“健康长寿”,而不是浑身病痛、生活不能自理,或像“植物人”那样活着。就人体生活状态来说,人可分为三类:一类是健康的人,指无病的、心身健康的青少年;一类是失健的人,也可以说是“似病非病”的人,指中老年人、病后、产后、伤残人、康复期中的人;另一类为病人,指不能从事正常生活与工作、需要接受治疗的人。 人到中年以后,肾气逐渐衰退,人体各器官的功能也在逐渐减弱,但衰老的过程有快有慢,有的人未老先衰,有的人虽然年龄已过中年,却仍能保持良好的精神状态和良好的体质。这是因为他们平时比较注意养生保健。实际上,对于健康的人和失健的人来说,都应该采取一定的保健措施。谈到保健,人们很容易和当前的保健品特别是保健食品联系起来,在这里,我主要就这一问题回答《健康》杂志记者的提问。
