结核病是一种严重威胁人类健康的慢性传染病,结核分枝杆菌是其病原菌。本文利用生物信息学软件对结核分枝杆菌Rv0694蛋白进行分析预测,结果表明Rv0694为碱性膜蛋白,无规卷曲为主要二级结构元件,主要结构域类型为FMN羟基酸脱氢酶结构域。结果为进一步研究该蛋白和构建新抗结核药物靶点奠定了基础。
Tuberculosis is a chronic infectious disease that seriously threatens human health. Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the pathogen. In this paper, the bioinformatics software was used to analyze and predict the Mycobacterium tuberculosis Rv0694 protein. The results showed that Rv0694 was a basic membrane protein and random coil was the main secondary structural element. The main domain type was FMN hydroxy acid dehydrogenase domain. The results lay a foundation for further study of the protein and target of constructing new anti-TB drugs.
