研究了细晶石和锆石的浮选行为。用从不同产地采集的纯细晶石和锆石样品进行了哈里蒙德浮选管试验。考查了pH、捕收剂种类和抑制剂种类等参数的影响。试验结果表明 ,锆石的可浮性比细晶石要好得多。两性捕收剂PorocollSAM比脂肪酸类捕收剂PorocollFS R要好些。浮选试验结果表明 ,在 pH 4时锆石与细晶石得到很好地分离。抑制剂在某种程度上对两种矿物都起去活化作用
The flotation behavior of fine spar and zircon was studied. Harmonicte flotation tube tests were conducted on purely fine spar and zircon samples collected from different locations. The effects of pH, collector type and inhibitor type and other parameters were examined. The experimental results show that the flotability of zircon is much better than that of fine spar. PorocollSAM, the amphoteric collector, is better than the PorocollFS R, a fatty acid collector. Flotation test results show that at pH 4, zircon and fine sparry well separated. Inhibitors to some extent deactivate both minerals
