领导干部是党的事业的主心骨,其道德修养关系到党的性质、关系到党的领导、关系到党先进性的保持。我们应积极地探寻加强领导者道德修养的路径依赖,坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,以培养“自重、自省、自警、自励”能力为基本要求,积极吸收人类优秀道德成果,加强道德-法制建设、实施道德评价与监督,并坚持道德理论与道德实践的统一,以期提升领导者的道德修养水平。
Leading cadres are the backbone of the party’s cause. Their moral cultivation is related to the nature of the party, the party’s leadership, and the maintenance of the party’s advanced nature.
