目的:对竹叶柴胡和北柴胡进行挥发性成分的比较和分析,指出竹叶柴胡和北柴胡的差异性和共同性。方法:利用固相微萃取技术(SPME)提取,采用气质联用(GC-MS)进行分离和鉴定。结果:共鉴定出竹叶柴胡48个成分,北柴胡21个成分,其中有10个化合物为共有峰,相对质量分数最高的均为n-十六烷酸。结论:SPME-GC-MS能全面快速分析柴胡挥发油成分,并作为柴胡药材质量评估和基源鉴定的科学手段。
Objective: To compare and analyze the volatile components of Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense, pointing out the differences and commonalities between Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense. Methods: Solid-phase microextraction (SPME) was used for the extraction and identification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Results: A total of 48 components of Bupleurum chinense and 21 components of Bupleurum chinense were identified. Among them, 10 compounds were common peaks and the highest relative mass fraction was n-Hexadecanoic acid. Conclusion: SPME-GC-MS can comprehensively and quickly analyze the volatile oil components of Bupleurum chinense and use it as a scientific method to evaluate the quality and identify the source of Bupleurum chinense.
