随着课程改革的深入开展,幼儿教育也发生了深刻的变革。教育教学观的历史性转变在对教师教育观念和行为提出新的要求的同时,也带来了幼儿学习方式的根本转变。一、转变教师的教育行为,使教师真正成为幼儿学习的引导者、支持者多年的教育改革,使我们深刻认识到,教师的个人素质、行为、内在修养与教育行为转变有着直接的联系,因此,认识自己、改变自己,对关爱、支持、尊重、赞赏有正确的认识,是落实教育目标的前提,为此,应从以下几方面做好教师行为的转变。
With the deepening of curriculum reform, early childhood education has undergone profound changes. The historical transformation of education and teaching concept put forward new demands on the concept and behavior of teacher education, meanwhile it brought about the fundamental change of children’s learning style. First, to change the educational behavior of teachers so that teachers can truly become the guide and supporter of preschool children’s years of educational reform has profoundly realized that there is a direct connection between teachers’ personal qualities, behaviors, intrinsic accomplishments and changes in educational behaviors. Therefore, , Knowing oneself and changing oneself, and having correct understanding of love, support, respect and appreciation, are the preconditions for implementing the goal of education. Therefore, we should make the following changes in the teacher’s behavior.
