为探讨水杨酸(SA)对不同增殖方式来源的浒苔生长和生理特性的影响,本文选取营养繁殖得到的浒苔(VU)和孢子/配子繁殖得到的浒苔(SU)作为供试材料,设置不同的水杨酸浓度,测定两种浒苔的生长、叶绿素荧光、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和可溶性蛋白含量等生理指标.结果表明:低浓度水杨酸可以促进VU和SU的生长,对VU促进效果更为显著;在0.2μg·mL~(-1)水杨酸浓度下,VU相对生长速率达到最大值21.
