日前,住总集团工会举办了素质工程大讲堂,100余名各级工会干部参加了此次活动。据了解,为提高工会干部业务能力和工作能力,从6月开始,住总集团工会两次邀请工会工作的专家对大家了进行培训,取得了良好的效果。今后住总集团工会将继续进行此类培训,提升工会干部水平,更好地为企业、为职工服务,做好职工“娘家人”。
