深圳元平特殊教育学校从破土动工到今天成为全国总体规模最大的特殊教育学校,仅仅用了八年时间,取得了令人瞩目的成就,多次得到中央、省、市领导的表彰和海内外特教同行的赞扬,这不能不说是一个奇迹。这个巨大的变化,是深圳特区两个文明建设的产物,是该校全体教职工发扬艰苦创业、开拓进取、奉献爱心、敬业乐业精神的结果,也是该校校长办学思想和教育实践的具体体现。校长,是学校的一面旗帜。校长的创新精神是办好学校的灵魂和动力。八年来,孙振东校长以创新的精神,在深圳特教园地上敢于探索,勇于实践,带领师生实施全方位的系统工程,积极推进特殊教育现代化,创造出一流的业绩。这一切都离不开创新精神和实践能力。面对21世纪新的机遇和挑战,我国的特殊教育事业如何进一步发展?有许多问题值得我们思考和研究。而孙振东同志关于特殊教育的办学思想和教育实践为我们提供许多宝贵的经验,值得我们学习和借鉴。为此,本刊从这期起将作系列介绍,欢迎大家参加讨论,以相互交流,共同提高,为发展我国的特教事业作出新贡献。
Starting from breaking ground, Shenzhen Yuanping Special Education School has become the country’s largest special education school today. It took only eight years and achieved remarkable achievements. It has won many awards from leaders of the central, provincial and municipal governments and from home and abroad Special praise peer education, which can not be said to be a miracle. This huge change is the product of the two civilizations in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone. It is the result of all the faculty and staff of the school carrying forward their pioneering spirit of hard work, pioneering and enterprising, giving love and dedication and professional dedication. It is also a concrete manifestation of school principals’ thinking and educational practice . Principal, is a banner of the school. The principal’s innovative spirit is the soul and motivation of running a school. In the past eight years, President Sun Zhendong, with his innovative spirit, dared to explore and practice the ground in Shenzhen Special Education Park. He led the teachers and students in implementing a full range of systems engineering and actively promoted the modernization of special education so as to create first-class performance. All this is inseparable from the spirit of innovation and practical ability. There are many problems worthy of our consideration and research. However, Comrade Sun Zhendong’s thought of running school and his educational practice on special education have provided us with many valuable experiences that deserve our study and reference.
