一九七三年八月下旬,正值水稻开花灌浆时期,我公社受十号台风影响,连遭几次北风雨的袭击,造成水稻倒伏,面积约2500亩。为了减少生产损失,公社党委动员全社广大社员和干部,绑扶例伏水稻,经过三天奋战,倒伏的水稻基本上绑扶完毕。我们遵照毛主席注意调查研究的伟大教导,对全社人工绑扶的倒伏水稻,作了取点调查、考种分析。实践证明,水稻倒伏后,人工绑扶,效果较好。现将调查结果整理如下:
In late August 1973, during the flowering and filling stage of rice, my commune was affected by Typhoon No. 10 and was attacked several times by the north wind and rain. As a result, the rice lopped down and the area was about 2,500 mu. In order to reduce production losses, the commune and party committees mobilized members and cadres of the whole society to tie in with ambush rice. After three days of hard work, the lodging of rice was basically completed. In accordance with the great teaching and research note paid by Chairman Mao, we made some investigations and analysis of the lodging paddies bound by the whole society. Practice has proved that rice lodging, manual tied help, the effect is better. The survey results are now organized as follows:
