试样灰化后制成溶液,溴离子在硫酸酸性条件下,用高锰酸钾氧化成溴,溴和3-戊酮反应,定量生成2-溴-3-戊酮。然后用气相色谱法测定总溴量。方法简便,灵敏度高。检出限以溴计0.05μg/g。可以精确测定谷物中ppm水平的溴。1~100μg范围内的添加回收率为84.5~87.8%,谷物中本底浓度的氯和碘不影响本测定方法。试样灰化:称取粉碎的试样2g,放入镍坩锅中,加0.2g无水碳酸钠混匀,加5ml碱性乙醇胺,放置30分钟。放电热板上蒸发至干,
The sample is made into a solution after ashing.
