《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》中认为,必须要“健全普法宣传教育机制”。中央电视台作为国家级电视台,独特的地位和优势意味着它必须在提升公民法治意识方面有所作为,本文以中央电视台一档深受观众欢迎的评论性节目——《新闻1+1》为例,实证分析其在近五年(2010~2014年)中影响性诉讼报道的情况,以期发现电视媒体在呈现案件时的特点,并提出改进措施。一、影响性诉讼——传媒与司法的互动
