目的:探析氧氟沙星与氟罗沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的药效及-成本。方法:选取2014年4月-2015年5月本院收治的78例下呼吸道感染患者为研究资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例。对照组患者给予氟罗沙星治疗,观察组患者给予氧氟沙星治疗,对两组患者的临床治疗效果及药物成本进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为97.44%,对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为94.87%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者治疗1疗程后的药物费用及药效-成本均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氧氟沙星与氟罗沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床治疗效果相似,且氧氟沙星的用药成本较低。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and cost of ofloxacin and fleroxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. Methods: From April 2014 to May 2015, 78 cases of lower respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital were selected as the research materials. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 39 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with fleroxacin, while those in the observation group were treated with ofloxacin. The clinical effects and the cost of drugs were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of clinical treatment was 97.44% in the observation group and 94.87% in the control group, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The cost and efficacy of the treatment group after one course of treatment - The costs were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ofloxacin and fleroxacin in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection with similar clinical effects, and ofloxacin lower cost of medication.
