用灌胃染毒法,观察了 T-2毒素对大鼠肝微粒体细胞色素 P450及其亚型的影响。结果表明:T-2毒素使大鼠肝微粒体苯胺羟化酶活性升高,使细胞色素 b5含量升高,且具有剂量效应关系,提示 T-2毒素可特异地诱导肝微粒体细胞色素 P450的某些亚型发生改变。
The effects of T-2 toxin on cytochrome P450 and its subtypes in rat liver microsomes were observed by gavage method. The results showed that T-2 toxin increased the activity of aniline hydroxylase in rat liver microsome and increased the content of cytochrome b5 in a dose-dependent manner, suggesting that T-2 toxin can specifically induce cytochrome P450 Some subtypes have changed.
