[目的]探讨脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块超声特征及其与血脂及CRP水平的关系。[方法]将我院2006年6月~2008年12月收治的121例急性脑梗死患者按颈动脉超声回声表现分为低或无回声组(A组)与高回声组(B组)。比较两组间颈动脉内-中膜厚度与血脂及CRP关系。[结果]A组的血脂、CRP、IMT水平与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01或0.001)。[结论]低回声组或无回声组血脂及CRP水平较高回声组高;颈动脉内-中膜厚度也较高回声组厚(P﹤0.01或0.001)。
[Objective] To investigate the ultrasound features of carotid atherosclerotic plaques in patients with cerebral infarction and its relationship with serum lipids and CRP levels. [Method] The 121 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2006 to December 2008 were divided into low or no echo group (A group) and high echo group (B group) according to the carotid ultrasonic echo performance. The relationship between carotid intima-media thickness and serum lipids and CRP was compared between the two groups. [Results] The levels of serum lipids, CRP and IMT in group A were significantly different from those in group B (P <0.01 or 0.001). [Conclusion] The levels of lipids and CRP in patients with hypoechoic or anechoic group are higher than that in echogenic group. The carotid intima - media thickness is also thicker in echogenic group (P <0.01 or 0.001).
