档案工作人员盼望多年的《中华人民共和国档案法》,经全国人大常委第22次会议通过,国家主席李先念命令颁布,将于1988年1月1日起实行了。这是我国国家权力机关颁布的关于档案事业的第一部法律,是我国档案工作史上的一件大事。从此档案工作有法可依,档案事业将蒸蒸日上。我们大家都感到由衷的高兴,并受到巨大的鼓舞。当前,摆在我们档案工作人员面前的首要任务,就是要认真学习好《档案法》。因为只有学习好《档案法》,才能宣传好《档案法》,才能贯彻执行好《档案法》。要通过学习,明确颁布、实施《档案法》的重大意义和作用。档案和档案工作,过去由于我们宣传不够,在社会上没有被很多的人所认识,少数部门和单位没有予以足
