本文报道编码单核细胞白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)/PI7的互补DNA序列在大肠杆菌JM101株中获得高度表达。从1升大肠杆菌培养物中可提取大约50 mg重组IL-1(r-IL-1),而从1升人体单核细胞培养物只能提取1μg的IL-1。质粒pCD1218含有编码单核细胞IL-1β/PI7的互补DNA(cDNA)序列,从pCD1218质粒中分离出含有这种cDNA的1.6kb
It is reported herein that the complementary DNA sequence coding for monocyte interleukin 1β (IL-1β) / PI7 is highly expressed in Escherichia coli JM101. Approximately 50 mg of recombinant IL-1 (r-IL-1) can be extracted from a 1 liter E. coli culture whereas only 1 μg of IL-1 can be extracted from 1 liter of human monocytic culture. Plasmid pCD1218 contains the complementary DNA (cDNA) sequence encoding monocytic IL-1beta / PI7 and the 1.6 kb DNA containing this cDNA was isolated from pCD1218 plasmid
