涡轮动叶片必须设计成能承受非常高的静、动应力。虽然用计算方法求得的和用测试方法求得的静应力精确程度差别不大,但是动应力通过试验方法比通过理论计算确定更为精确。因而,叶片振动测量已经发展成涡轮工程的一个重要领域。在瑞士巴登ABB涡轮增压系统有限公司的热机试验室,可以对涡轮增压器、蒸汽涡轮以及燃气涡轮叶片进行振动测量。工作任务的多样性反映了该试验室在涡轮开发领域所具有的丰富经验和诸多决窍。
Turbine blades must be designed to withstand very high static and dynamic stresses. Although the difference between the static stress calculated by the calculation method and that obtained by the test method is not very different, the dynamic stress is more accurate than the theoretical calculation by the test method. Thus, blade vibration measurement has developed into an important area of turbine engineering. Vibration measurements on turbochargers, steam turbines and gas turbine blades are performed at the hot-engine laboratory at ABB Turbocharging Systems GmbH in Baden, Switzerland. The variety of tasks reflects the lab’s vast experience and know-how in the field of turbine development.
