教育是发展科学技术和培养人力资源的基础,也是实现经济可持续发展的关键要素。在我国,随着近几年在教育领域投资的增大,实现了九年义务教育,中高等教育均有所发展,但财政教育投入在学前教育领域从总体上来说还是不足的。这就需要从学前教育的属性和投资状况出发,制定相应的策略。
Education is the basis for developing science and technology and for training human resources. It is also a key element for achieving sustainable economic development. In our country, with the increase of investment in the field of education in recent years, nine-year compulsory education has been achieved and both secondary and tertiary education have been developed. However, the investment in finance education in general is still inadequate in the field of pre-school education. This requires starting from the nature of pre-school education and investment conditions, develop appropriate strategies.
