煤矿生产,安全为天。煤矿安全是一种多因素、多环节、动态复杂的系统工程。据统计,全国工伤事故最多的是煤炭行业,而其中80%以上的事故又是由于违章作业、违章指挥造成的。可见,人的不安全行为在煤矿事故致因中占有决定性的地位,而煤矿职工的心理隐患又是不安全行为的根源。所以,研究矿工的安全心理素质、寻找出一套强化心理素质的方法对于防止和减少事故有着特别重大的意义。
Coal production, safety for the day. Coal mine safety is a multi-factor, multi-link, dynamic and complex system engineering. According to statistics, the country with the largest number of industrial accidents is the coal industry, of which more than 80% of accidents are due to illegal operations and illegal commanders. It can be seen that human unsafe behavior occupies a decisive position in the cause of coal mine accident, and the hidden dangers of coal mine workers are the root causes of unsafe behavior. Therefore, to study the safety psychological quality of miners and to find out a set of methods to strengthen psychological quality is of great significance for preventing and reducing accidents.
