本文研究了乙基罗丹明B-磷钼杂多酸-阿拉伯树胶显色体系,提出了测定磷的新的高灵敏分光光度法.缔合物的最大吸收位于588nm,表观摩尔吸光系数e达2.0×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1).缔合物的组成比为P(V)∶ERB~+=1∶4.本法直接用于水样中痕量磷的测定.
In this paper, ethyl rhodamine B-phosphomolybdic heteropolyacid-gum arabic system was developed and a new high sensitive spectrophotometric method for the determination of phosphorus was proposed. The maximum absorption of the complex was at 588 nm with an apparent molar absorptivity of e up to 2.0 × 10-5L · mol -1 · cm -1 .The composition ratio of association is P (V): ERB ~ + = 1: 4.
