目的本文主要是对综合护理干预应用在骨科骨折手术患者中的临床效果进行分析。方法选择我院在2014年1月至2016年3月收治的48例骨科骨折手术患者,采用随机方式将这48例患者分为研究组与参照组各24例,参照组进行常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上再进行综合护理干预,对两组患者的临床护理效果进行观察与比较。结果参照组患者的护理满意度为79.17%,研究组患者的护理满意度为91.67%,研究组患者的护理满意度明显高于参照组,P<0.05;参照组患者出现并发症的几率为29.17%,研究组患者出现并发症的几率为12.50%,研究组患者的并发症几率明显低于参照组,P<0.05。结论对骨科骨折手术患者采取综合护理干预措施能够取得良好的效果,不仅能够提高患者对护理的满意度,而且还能够大大降低患者出现并发症的几率,对于患者的预后而言有着非常积极的意义,可以在今后的临床中加以大力推广。
Objective This article mainly analyzes the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in orthopedic fracture patients. Methods Forty-eight patients with orthopedic fractures admitted from January 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly divided into study group (24 cases) and reference group (24 cases), and the control group received routine nursing. The study group On the basis of the reference group, comprehensive nursing intervention was conducted again, and the clinical nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the reference group was 79.17%, and that in the study group was 91.67%. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the reference group was 29.17 %, The incidence of complications in study group was 12.50%, and the complication rate in study group was significantly lower than that in reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive nursing interventions for patients with orthopedic fracture surgery can achieve good results, which can not only improve patient satisfaction with nursing, but also greatly reduce the chances of complications in patients, which has a very positive meaning for the prognosis of patients , Can be vigorously promoted in the future clinical.
