目的寻找一定的盐酸浓度范围,与一定浓度的还原剂组成最佳配合来适应涉水产品和食品中锡的测定。方法选择1%~5%盐酸,还原剂为1%~2%硼氢化钾,分别组成5%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,5%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,4%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,4%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,3%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,3%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,2%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,2%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-2%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,测定相同标准系列中的锡。再选择2%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾组合分别测定2个标准点(1.00μg/L、5.00μg/L)6次,以检验结果的准确度及精密度。结果用1%~2%盐酸,与1%硼氢化钾组合测定标准系列中锡荧光度值较高,相关系数(r)为0.999 4~0.999 6,结果满意。结论选用2%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾,1%盐酸-1%硼氢化钾测定标准系列中锡及2个标准点(1.00μg/L、5.00μg/L),荧光度值高,结果重复性好,准确度高,精密度好。
Objective To find a certain range of concentration of hydrochloric acid, and a certain concentration of the best composition of reducing agent to adapt to wading products and determination of tin in food. Results The standard values of tin in the standard series were determined by the combination of 1% ~ 2% hydrochloric acid and 1% potassium borohydride. The correlation coefficient (r) was 0.999 4 ~ 0.999 6 and the results were satisfactory. Conclusion The standard series tin and two standard points (1.00μg / L, 5.00μg / L) were determined with 2% hydrochloric acid and 1% potassium borohydride and 1% hydrochloric acid and 1% potassium borohydride. The results showed that the fluorescence value was high Good sex, high accuracy, good precision.
