本文首先应用边界元法计算了 HCR 齿轮的刚度,并与标准齿轮进行了比较,且对边界元法在齿轮变形计算中的应用方法进行了研究。在此基础上用差动变压器式位移传感器(LVDT)对 HCR 齿轮和标准齿轮在封闭力流式齿轮试验台上分别进行了刚度测验试验(试件参数分别为 m=3.0,z=40,h_a=1.25和 m=4.0,z=30,h_a=1.0)。计算和试验结果表明,本文对边界元法的应用和计算方法的改进是成功的,具有工作量少、精度好、效率高等特点,本文所提供的试验方法简单实用,试验误差分析容易。本文的研究证明 a=20°的 HCR齿轮对于提高齿轮的承载能力,降低齿轮传动的噪音,在广大中小企业中推广其应用具有重要的意义。
In this paper, the boundary element method is used to calculate the stiffness of HCR gear and compared with the standard gear, and the application of the BEM method in gear deformation calculation is studied. On the basis of this, the stiffness test of HCR gear and standard gear on the closed force flow gear test stand were carried out respectively with the differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT) (parameters of the specimen are respectively m = 3.0, z = 40, h_a = 1.25 and m = 4.0, z = 30, h_a = 1.0). The calculation and experimental results show that the application of this method and the improvement of the calculation method are successful. The method has the advantages of less workload, high precision and high efficiency. The experimental method provided in this paper is simple and practical and the experimental error analysis is easy. The research of this paper shows that a = 20 ° HCR gear is of great significance to promote the bearing capacity of gear and reduce the noise of gear transmission, and promote its application in the majority of SMEs.
