Li Qingyang, male, born in 1961, Lingyuan, Liaoning Province, graduated from economics major of Liaoning University in 1983 majoring in economics. Current Shenyang University Politics and Law Dean and ideological and political theory teaching and research director, professor. He is also a member of Expert Committee of China Association of Trade in Services, Vice President of World Economic Association of Liaoning Province, Executive Director of Moral Education Research Institute of Chinese Local Institutions of Chinese Ethics, Director of Ideological and Political Theory Research Association of Liaoning Province, Situation and Policy Education
