2007年8月27日到30日,青啤公司总裁金志国作为提请全国人大常委会审议的《中华人民共和国循环经济法(草案)》的领衔代表列席了全国人大常委会第29次会议,并在审议中作了重点发言。在之前三月份的两会上,正是金志国针对循环经济问题提出了要求立法的议案,他和其他代表对循环经济立法问题的议案和关注,加快了《循环经济法(草案)》的制订进程。
From August 27 to 30, 2007, President Jin Zhiguo of Tsingtao Brewery attended the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress as the leader of the “Circular Economy Law of the People’s Republic of China (Draft)” submitted to the NPC Standing Committee for deliberation. The keynote speeches were made during the deliberation. At the two meetings in the previous March, it was Jin Zhiguo’s motion on circular economy that required legislation. He and other delegates accelerated the drafting process of the “Circular Economy Law (draft)” with regard to the bills and concerns of the circular economy legislative issues.
