目的分析重型颅脑损伤的治疗措施和死亡原因。方法回顾GCS≤8分的46例重型颅脑损伤的临床资料,分析其治疗措施和死亡原因。结果严重脑挫裂伤原发或继发脑干损伤是死亡的主要原因,失血性休克、多脏器功能衰竭、肺水肿等也可造成患者死亡。结论早期诊断、早期处理,有效降低颅内压和防治并发症是降低死亡率的主要措施;必要时复查CT和早期做去骨瓣减压术的重要性。
Objective To analyze the treatment of severe craniocerebral injury and the cause of death. Methods The clinical data of 46 cases with severe craniocerebral injury with GCS≤8 were retrospectively analyzed and the treatment measures and causes of death were analyzed. The results of severe brain contusion primary or secondary brain stem injury is the main cause of death, hemorrhagic shock, multiple organ failure, pulmonary edema, can also cause death in patients. Conclusions Early diagnosis, early treatment, effective reduction of intracranial pressure and prevention of complications are the main measures to reduce mortality. If necessary, the importance of CT and early decompressive craniectomy should be reviewed.
