一、為鼓勵農業戰綫上的先進模範人物和交流增產經驗,以推進農業生產高潮的继續開展,本會同意省農業廳、林業廳、水利局、水土保持委員會在3月30日聯合召開全省農業先進生產者代表會议。會期七夭,出席代表524人(分配名額見附表)。
I. In order to encourage advanced model persons on the agricultural front and exchange experience in boosting production so as to promote the continuation of the climax of agricultural production, this meeting agrees that the Provincial Department of Agriculture, Forestry Department, Water Conservancy Bureau and Soil and Water Conservation Commission jointly convened on March 30 Provincial Conference of Advanced Producers of Agriculture. Sessions seven days, attendance on behalf of 524 (distribution quota see attached table).
