葡萄酒是一门高深的学问:对于初学者来说,别人口中的白、红、酸、甜都是很奇妙的文字,是简单的味觉判断所描述不出的神韵;而对于会喝酒的人而言,也不敢轻易自诩为品酒大师,稍有不慎就会显得轻浮,口出狂言。葡萄酒的味道随着时间和地点的迁移,口感都会有很大的差别。种植地域、收藏时间、装载容器甚至是人的情绪变化都会影响着品酒的体验,影响这一款酒在心目中的形象。因此,可以说,葡萄酒没有绝对准确的感受,也没有优劣和正确与否的经验之分。
