创新网络关系特征包括关系数量和关系强度两方面,不同的网络关系影响创新知识获取效果,同时受到企业资源的知识资源和网络经验方面对其关系的影响。企业进行技术创新内部知识技能不足时,可能通过构建外部创新网络来获得必需的知识。由于路径依赖,企业资源影响未来的创新网络和创新知识获取效果,对创新网络与创新知识获取效果间的关系产生调节作用。这些研究有助于我们对创新知识获取的理解,但是企业间网络关系对技术创新是支持还是限制,以及作用机制如何尚无定论,未来更多的实证研究将有助于解决这些问题。
The relationship characteristics of innovation network include the number of relationships and the strength of relationship. Different network relations affect the acquisition of innovation knowledge, and at the same time it is influenced by the knowledge resources and network experience of enterprise resources. When an organization has insufficient internal knowledge and skills for technological innovation, it may be possible to acquire the necessary knowledge by building an external innovation network. Due to path dependence, enterprise resources affect the future innovation network and innovation knowledge acquisition effect, and regulate the relationship between innovation network and innovation knowledge acquisition effect. These studies contribute to our understanding of access to innovative knowledge, but whether or not inter-firm network relationships support or limit technological innovation and how the mechanisms of action are not conclusive, more empirical research in the future will help to address these issues.
