提出了一种利用直写(direct writing)技术制造具有规定电学性能的平面螺旋天线的方法.首先介绍了实验设备的构成和制造方法,然后在线宽实验的基础上制作了具有一定电感值的平面螺旋天线,并理论计算和实际测量了天线的电感值,结果显示理论计算得到的电感值在实际测量值范围内.将天线与芯片连接后,通过阅读器测试显示天线可以正常工作,说明在实验设备条件下可利用直写技术制作平面螺旋天线.
