信息化时代的到来,为电信企业拓展市场份额、加强经营运作能力奠定了坚实的基础。同时也对内部财务管理水平提出了更高的要求。财务集中核算管理能够快速解决传统分散核算管理存在的信息数据不准确、信息容易丢失等问题,从而强化企业会计监督职能,完善我国公共财政体系,提高内部财务管理效率和资金使用效益。为此,笔者从电信企业财务集中管理的必要性着手探讨,分析了我国电信企业实施财务集中
The advent of the information age has laid a solid foundation for telecom operators to expand market share and strengthen their operational capabilities. At the same time, it also sets higher requirements on the level of internal financial management. Financial centralized accounting management can quickly solve the problems of inaccurate information data and easy loss of information in traditional decentralized accounting management so as to strengthen the function of corporate accounting supervision, improve our public financial system and improve the efficiency of internal financial management and capital utilization.
