实施素质教育,变“应试教育”为素质教育,是我国现阶段教育思想的一项重大变革,是每个教育工作者义不容辞的职责。素质教育重视学生的智慧潜能的挖掘,摒弃“灌输式”教育理念。教学的艺术不在于传授本领,而在于激励、唤醒、鼓舞。因此教师的任务不仅是传授知识,更重要的是启发学生的自主学习能动性,而启发学生的自主学习能动性的主要手段是如何在课堂教学中激发学生积极思考、自主思考。本文就此谈谈在物理教学中的做法:
Carrying out quality education and changing “examination-oriented education” into quality-oriented education is a major change in our educational thinking at the present stage and is an obligatory duty for every educator. Quality education pays attention to the excavation of students’ potential of wisdom and abandons the education philosophy of “inculcation”. The art of teaching is not about imparting skills, but about inspiring, arousing, and inspiring.
