目的:了解虹口区食品流通领域的冷链情况.方法:对虹口区大型卖场、连锁超市、集贸市场的冷链设备和冷链管理进行调查.结果:食品经营企业冷链运输、贮存设备少而简陋.易腐食品贮存、销售不規范现象突出.结论:建议政府加大投入,制定统一、全面的标准,加强监督指导来改善食品冷链现状.
