肾上腺髓质增生症是近半世纪确认的一种疾病。1933年以来,文献中仅有6篇报导,而有具体资料者仅有6例,在这6例中4例经尸检、2例经手术标本证实为髓质增生。国内吴阶平氏自61年以来,发现17例,标本均经病理证实。其中经肾上腺大部切除而获显效者6例,进步者9例,无效者2例。术前诊断者14例。我院在1981年1月经手术后病理证实一侧肾上腺髓质增生,一侧肾上腺髓质正常一例。现个案报告如下,这一病人曾反复住入我院达7次,最后经手术方法治愈,使病人摆脱了反复发作高血压和心
Adrenal medulla is a disease confirmed in nearly half a century. Only 6 articles have been reported in the literature since 1933, while there are only 6 cases with specific information. In these 6 cases, 4 were confirmed by autopsy and 2 by surgical specimens as medullary hyperplasia. Domestic Wu Jie Ping since 61 years, 17 cases were found, the specimens were confirmed by pathology. Among them, most of the adrenalectomy was markedly effective in 6 cases, 9 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective. Preoperative diagnosis in 14 cases. In our hospital in January 1981 after pathology confirmed adrenal medullary hyperplasia, normal adrenal medulla side of a case.
