毛泽东同志曾用“善于弹钢琴”的比喻,教导各级领导干部要学会统筹协调事物相关联的各个方面;邓小平同志也提出“两手抓”、“两手硬”的思想,希望我们注重工作的协调性。现在,我们强调贯彻落实科学发展观,也要求在做工作时注意协调性,搞好统筹。
