According to the 1980 World Health Organization’s publication World Health, around 60 million women worldwide use IUD contraceptives. According to statistics from January to June 1982 in Zhejiang Province, the number of women using IUDs accounted for 61.7% of the total number of contraceptive measures taken. These figures are sufficient to explain the importance of IUD in family planning. However, the current IUDs are not yet able to meet the current growing contraceptive needs, mainly because of side effects such as spontaneous exudation, pregnancy of pregnancy, bleeding and pain. Analyzing the causes of these failures and bleeding can be helpful in seeking to reduce the failure rate and side effects. First, the natural falloff IUD failure rate in the most common natural shedding, especially after the first three months of placement. Most shedding occurs in passing
