在大跨度预应力砼连续梁桥施工中,合龙段施工是关键环节,关系到全桥线形和受力状况。文中以金华江特大桥40m+4×72m+40m悬臂连续梁边跨、中跨及次中跨合龙段施工为背景,探讨预应力砼连续梁桥合龙时间、合龙方案、合龙顺序、体系转换以及施工配重等技术。
In the construction of long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge, the construction of the closure section is the key link, which is related to the shape of the full bridge and the stress conditions. Taking the construction of 40m + 4 × 72m + 40m cantilever continuous girder in Jinhua River Bridge as an example, the construction of the prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge is discussed in this paper, including the closing time, closing scheme, closing sequence, system transition and Construction counterweight and other technologies.
