自古以来,看病一直是面朝黄土背朝天的农民最头痛的事情。自2003年新型农村合作医疗制度在全国推行以来,作为一种社会互助性的制度,试点工作犹如雨后的春笋,显示出了蓬勃的发展势头。作为中国第一人口大省的河南,农民占全省总人口的70%以上。为此,2004年9月,新型农村合作医疗制度试点工作就在河南省全面启动。那么,事隔几个月,河南的农村合作医疗制度试点工作到底开展得如何呢?当锦鸡携带着春的讯息向人们款款走来的时候,我们约请了河南省一些分管或从事农村合作医疗的领导同志,请他们谈一谈2004年的所见所悟,说一说他们的工作和生活。不是要刻意传达什么,只是想在新年伊始,为了那在时间的流逝中随时会被忘却的昨天,梳理思路,总结经验,重新上路。走进2005,瞻望2005。
Since ancient times, seeing a doctor has always been the biggest headache for farmers facing loess backsliding. Since the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical system in the country in 2003, as a social mutual aid system, the pilot work is like a spring bamboo shoots, demonstrating a vigorous development momentum. As Henan, the largest populous province in China, farmers account for more than 70% of the total population of the province. To this end, in September 2004, the pilot work of the new rural cooperative medical system was fully launched in Henan Province.
