武汉城市圈的建设起步较晚,较之于“长三角”、“珠三角”、“京津冀”三大城市圈,发展还不成熟。因此,本文在分析比较我国的这三大城市圈与武汉城市圈的财政经济状况以及财税政策对经济增长所发挥的作用的基础上,指出其对武汉城市圈建设的借鉴意义。
The construction of Wuhan’s urban circle started relatively late, compared with the three major urban agglomerations such as the “Yangtze River Delta”, “Pearl River Delta”, and “Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei”. The development is still immature. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing and comparing the financial and economic conditions of these three metropolitan areas and the Wuhan metropolitan area and the role that fiscal and tax policies play in economic growth, this paper points out its reference significance to the construction of Wuhan urban agglomeration.
