5岁幼女因不规则阴道出血3年,于1986年6月6日入院。患儿生于1981年5月26日,生后1个月始发现处女膜一直为暗红色。1983年5月发现外阴有脓性分泌物及少量阴道出血,按炎症治疗后消失。1984年前半年约每月阴道少量出血1次,后半年至1986年5日,阴道出血不规则,间隔7～60天,持续l～7天。血量多少不定,多时似成人月经量。曾在其他医院诊
