江苏省高邮市总工会张海燕戴顺阳报道日前,高邮市总工会出台了《关于工会补助经费使用与管理暂行办法》,特别对补助经费使用作了规定。《办法》规定,补助经费一律用于乡镇(园区)、系统工会开展工会活动及为职工服务。对滥用补助经费的行为,提出了十不准:一是不准将工会经费用于开展工会活动以外的开支,确保专款专用;二是不准巧立名目,据为己有;三是不准用工会经费购买购物卡、代金券等,搞请客送礼
